VIP membership subscriptions include auto-renewal by default. For specific rules regarding the auto-renewal service, including billing time, payment methods, cancellation procedures, and refund policies, please refer to the Yaowise Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through "Settings → Manage Subscription" within the Yaowise app, or via your third-party payment platform. After cancellation, your membership benefits within the current subscription period remain unaffected and will continue until the end of the current period.
VIP membership services and Yao Coins are network products and virtual goods. Once purchased and successfully paid for, they take effect immediately. Except as required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links solely for convenience and assume no responsibility for the content, products, or services on those websites or resources. We are not a party to any relationship or separate agreement between you and any such third party, and we bear no responsibility in that regard.
